for visitorsFor wheelchair users the palace is accessible only in parts. There is a toilet for the disabled. There are some wheelchairs available – please inquire at the cash-desk.
To save the precious works of art and for copyright reasons taking pictures or filming is not allowed in the palace.
Bulky items may not be taken into the palace. Lockers are available opposite the Schlosshotel for large bags, rucksacks etc. Prams and child carriers can be left at the palace entrance. No liability can be accepted for items deposited in lockers or at the entrance.
Dogs may only be taken into the palace if they are carried. They may be taken on leads into the grotto and the park.
